Bring your propane setup to brew right inside the brewery at Church Street or take your 5 gallons home to brew at home.  \nGrist for the Red Ale will be 70% Pils\, 8.74% Vienna\, 17.49% RedX\, 2.12% Roast\, 1.7% Bairds medium Crystal. Plato 12.3 = 1.050 SG. Bring a jar or container if you’d like free yeast… Augustiner lager yeast will be made available.

In a unique arrangement\, Blind Corner shares its brewhouse and taproom with nonalcoholic brewer Go Brewing. The taproom serves beers from both companies. Their menu features simple pizzas and a few snacks. \nMeet at Blind Corner at 2 p.m. to have a beer or two before the tour.
