The science has been moving very rapidly over the last decade or two\, so there’s something new—and useful— here for every level of brewer.\n\nAbout Randy Mosher\n\nAuthor of Tasting Beer\, Radical Brewing and other books\, Randy Mosher is a creative consultant specializing in food and drink as well as a partner in Forbidden Root\, a botanically-inspired brewery with locations in Chicago and Columbus Ohio.\n\n\nRandy will be bringing copies of the new book to sell and sign\, plus some of my other books in case anyone’s interested.
