    When: March 13-14, 2009 (entries due February 28th to March 7th). See the Club Calendar for Schedule.
    Where: Walter Payton's Roundhouse America's Brewpub, 205 North Broadway, Aurora, IL 60505.
    Entry Fee: The Drunk Monk Challenge is $7.00 for the first entry and $5.00 for each additional entry. The Menace of the Monastery is $5.00 per entry.  No paper entries this year; all entries must use the online entry form below.  Please make checks payable to UKG and attach to one of your bottles.
    Tentative Bonus Awards: Best Of Show beer winner will have the privilege to brew their recipe at Walter  Payton's Roundhouse America's Brewpub. The Menace Of the Monastery winning brewer will have the opportunity to brew their recipe at To be determined.  See Rules & Regulations for details
    Eligibility: Anyone may enter. Beers must be entered under the name of all brewers who helped. Beers brewed in commercial licensed facilities are ineligible.
    Categories: Beer, Mead, & Cider entries will be judged in classes and subcategories listed in the 2008 BJCP Style Guidelines. Entries must be referred to by class NUMBER and Subcategory LETTER.
    How to Enter: Follow the Rules and Regulations. Fill out the online entry form (below) for each brew. The entry form will create a bottle label for you; print two copies of the label and attach to your bottles with a rubber band--no tape please! Package the bottles appropriately and drop them off at one of our approved locations, or ship to Walter Payton's Roundhouse.
    Menace of the Monastery Entries: Follow the Special Events Outline.
    Judges: Your assistance is needed to insure the quality of our competition. Please complete the Online Judge/Steward Volunteer Form (below) and join us for a great time.  Contact Steve McKenna with any questions.
